Because emotional intelligence is treated as infrastructure, not a soft skill, our frameworks are not motivational or behavioral add-ons. They are designed as system components.

Accessing Our Frameworks
Access to Hernest frameworks is available through participation in the Hernest Ecosystem.
Rather than open distribution, we work through ecosystem partnership to ensure responsible use, contextual application, and alignment with values and capacity.
Ecosystem partners include:
- Nonprofits in Africa working in impact-driven contexts
- Systems intelligence developers contributing to research, application, or refinement
Framework access is offered through subscription-based partnership, shaped by:
- role
- context
- readiness
- current capacity
Not all frameworks are accessible at all times.
Advisory Board
Hernest also works with sector-specific advisory contributors.
These are individuals and practitioners who bring contextual depth from specific sectors, support ethical application of frameworks, and contribute insight without ownership or control.
The advisory board exists to strengthen contextual intelligence, not to govern or commercialize the work. Participation is invitational and capacity-based.
